Mandatory Service Segmentation
Courier (items only), personnel transport (contracted employees), and VIP passenger transport are strictly separated. VIP passenger bookings are disabled until TCP license issuance.
Mandatory Compliance Checkboxes
Every billable booking requires explicit attestation:
Courier

☐ No passengers will be transported.
☐ I understand this is a concierge courier service.
Personnel
☐ Passenger(s) are employees or contractors of the booking organization.
☐ This service is not offered to the general public.
☐ Transportation occurs under the booking organization's authority.
☐ I understand this is not charter transportation.
Automatic Field Filtering
Courier forms hide passenger fields and reject passenger counts. Personnel forms require company name and contact. VIP forms are fully disabled.
Legal Disclaimers
Pre-TCP services operate under concierge courier and contracted personnel transport classifications. This portal does not facilitate illegal passenger-for-hire transportation prior to TCP licensure. All compliance records are stored for audit and regulatory review.
